What is the process for getting my TV repaired?
Call or email us to arrange a suitable pick up time at no cost, once we receive your Television at the workshop - one of our technicians will call you to discuss the TV fault and estimated cost to repair.
Once you are happy with the price, we will carry out the repair work and arrange a suitable time to drop it off - payment is made after inspection.

Is there a fee if the TV is not repaired? 
No, if we are not able to repair the television, there is no fee incurred.  This is if you agree to the quote provided and we are unable to still repair it, if you do not agree to the quotation provided then there will be a fee of £30 to return the TV or collect the TV, this is simple to cover our overheads such as technicians, rent etc. 

How long does it take for the TV to be repaired?
On average we provide a 2-5 day turnaround, this entirely depends on the nature of the fault and the complexity.  However we keep you informed on the status of your repair throughout the process.
